  Very friendly staff with great customer service skills. We were looking for a specific type of mosaic that was unfortunately sold out at that location. Although it was sold out, multiple staff members assisted us to check whether we could purchase them at another store. I would like to mention that one of the associates, Jack, went above and beyond the customer's expectations by also recommending additional products that he found very helpful with kitchen renovation. Great work and thank you for the help team!

  The best Home Depot out there. It worth driving from other cities. Absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable staff. This store has absolutely amazing manager Jackie. She knows it all in the store and will help you with any matter as if you are a part of her family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this store and to Jackie for her outstanding work.

  Typically open on holidays. I did not find the staff I encountered knowledgable for my renovation questions. I liked the staff in the Tool Rental Centre, they were consistently excellent.

  Worst Home depot Ever Brian in Lumber is miserable and smelt like booze all the time and smokes in the forklifts and is THE LAZIEST worker i have ever seen, Phil who used to be the lumber supervisor (been walked out twice for being an idiot) is by far the dumbest person to work for, has no idea what he is doing He gets in shit and takes it out on you (guess shit does always roll down hill) everyone is miserable because of the shit pay they give. I dont know how people stay there for more than 3 months. Awful work environment. Never work there place is terrible.

  Home Depot Bradford is by far the best Home Depot I have ever visited. I do alot of traveling to different cities and towns doing work and none has compared to the level of customer service (they make me smile the minute i walk in the door, they actually have sales associates who go aisle by aisle and ask you if you need any help, AND they even make great suggestions), they always have what i am looking for ( never out of stock), and they go above at the check out to ask what projects i am working on and make suggestions for next ones. Taylor and Adrian at the cutting center are amazing help! Thank You home depot Bradford!
